Writing credits, payments, and refunds

One-time credit purchases

The price and number of credits are shown before checkout. There is no recurring subscription. The payment provider may show applicable taxes or a final total; review that total before approving payment.

Failed or cancelled writing tasks

Studio credits are reserved when a task begins. A completed task settles the reservation. A failed or cancelled task returns its reserved credits. Retrying after a refund reserves credits again. Automatic continuation charges separately for each chapter within the limit you selected.

Payment problems and refund requests

For a missing purchase or a refund request, use support and include the order ID. Make Me a Novel does not have a self-service payment refund button. Refund eligibility must be confirmed with the operator and the selected payment provider; no automatic refund guarantee is advertised here.

What a confirmed refund changes

When the payment provider confirms a refund or reversal, the corresponding credits are removed. If those credits were already spent, the account shows credits due; future purchased credits first repay that amount. Billing displays both the debt and the credits left after repayment.
