Describe what happened and when. For a payment, include the payment provider and order ID from your billing history. For a writing task, include its status and the error message. Never send a password or API key.
Your writing is saved separately from a run
If a task fails, inspect Activity and retry when appropriate. Completed stages may be reused. Download your manuscript regularly. If a save conflict appears, preserve your draft before reloading another version.
